Hello,
I have make the SMTP setup but showing following error while try to send email.
The SMTP mail system returned the following error: “The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Learn more at”.

Go to security.google.com/settings/security/activity and here you’ll see blocked connection. Allow them and it should help in this case.
