The above error message appears when you try to install Microsoft Navision 6 Client on Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Solution:

To copy the contents of DVD to your computer’s hard drive
To explore the content to find \\Prerequisite Components\\Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express folder
Right-click on the SQLEXPR.EXE file Property -> Compatibility and set the Compatibility Mode to the previous O.S. version
I suggest you to set the Compatibility Mode also for the Autorun.exe file in the main folder.
