This simple article explain how to install certificates file .cer on Google Android Phone.
Cause:
Mobile devices not accept all certificate formats.
Rename .cer file in .crt then copy it the across to your device and run installation tapping on the file into the device.

Cause:
The passwords stored in
..\mendelson\opensource\as2\jetty\etc\jetty-ssl.xml
are incorrect.
Solution:
Insert the correct passwords or replace the file jetty-ssl.xml from a backup.
